At Swallow Healthy Diet we only keep the best products, at competitive prices. Because of our high standards, we always aim to guarantee your total satisfaction.
We honour all requirements of UK Consumer Protection law and without affecting your statutory rights as a consumer we will replace or refund the price of any products which we consider unsatisfactory. We really do hope you enjoy shopping with us and become a loyal customer. If at any time you are unhappy with our dealings, we aim to resolve any issues as quickly and amicably as possible.

3. Secure Ordering
We use SSL (Secure Socket Layer technology) to accept your payment details. The padlock symbol is displayed at the bottom of the screen. All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 256-bit encryption.
As an extra security measure, your credit card details are not revealed to us, we just receive the payment and transaction number from Protx (our Payment Gateway). Information on Protx can be found here.

4. The Price and Payment
As an online retailer, we are open 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Our delivery schedule is governed by the post office who are open six days a week from 9.00-5.00. Please consider Public Holiday closing.
The price of the products will be the price quoted in the web site at the time we accept your order. The price will include any relevant value added tax.
All our prices are listed in GBP (British Pounds). Your Credit Card Company will automatically convert the transaction to your currency at the going rate at the time of purchase.
In addition to the price, you will have to pay our delivery charges as quoted in our shipping and returns at the time we accept your order - unless you qualify for free delivery.
In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price because of a typographical error, or error by our suppliers, we reserve the right to cancel any orders placed whether or not the order has been confirmed and payment charged. Of course, in such a case, if you no longer wish the product, we will issue a refund immediately.
We reserve the right to alter our prices in accordance with fluctuations in market forces.
Currently payment is taken at the time of checkout.

5.Tax Charges
The price you see against a product is inclusive of VAT @ 17.5% unless stated otherwise.
We cannot be held responsible for any import taxes or duties levied by authorities in the destination country. If you have any queries as regards duty on imports we suggest you contact your local customs office.
